Some private health fund rebates available. Please contact your health fund for information regarding specific rebates. Medicare rebates through a Mental Health Plan not available.

 Payment

Payment is accepted by card, cash or bank transfer.  10% GST is payable for all sessions.

Cancellation/
Missed Appointments

Two (2) full business days notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Mediations, due to length of session, require five (5) business days to cancel or reschedule.

No-shows or cancellations made outside of these times will incur the full fee.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it is considered a no-show.

 Please be on time

Our session cannot commence more than 20 minutes after scheduled time and will incur full session fee. Couple sessions will not start until both clients have arrived.
